These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crazy Zebra website and apps (together, the "Services"), operated by Crazy Zebra LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Services

You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of any app store through which you obtained them (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services
• No uploading of content you do not have the right to share

Intellectual property

The Services, including all associated branding and content, are owned by Crazy Zebra LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Services, and request deletion of your account, at any time — see Delete My Account.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Crazy Zebra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
