Delete My Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Crazy Zebra account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Go to the Support & Contact page.
2. Send a message with the subject "Account deletion request", including the email address or username associated with your account.
3. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Our apps do not currently store any account data. If this changes in the future, deletion will remove your account profile and any content associated with it, except for purchase or financial records we're required to retain for tax or accounting purposes.

In-app deletion

Where applicable, Crazy Zebra apps will also offer in-app account deletion directly within the app, in addition to the email request process above. Details will be added here once available.
